The mission of Catan’s Cancer Charity is to support and empower those affected by cancer, including patients, survivors, and their loved ones. We believe that no one should face cancer alone, and we strive to provide resources, information, and a sense of community to help people navigate the challenges of this disease.
Key Features
- Offering both in-person and online support groups for patients, survivors, and caregivers;
- Providing a wealth of up-to-date and evidence-based information on cancer, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship;
- Offering financial assistance to those who are struggling with the costs of cancer treatment; e.g., help with medical bills, transportation, and other expenses;
- Advocating for policies and practices that support cancer patients and survivors, working with lawmakers to improve access to care, funding research, and awareness;
- Organizing a variety of events such as walks and fundraising activities to bring our community together and raise awareness about cancer.
